Export documentation

Before exporting your goods from the Russian Federation you should be prepared for all stages of the procedure. 

  Our company can help to prepare export papers. We will introduce you to the whole list of export documents and will help to accomplish paperwork concerning customs control. 

  Prior to exporting your goods you should: 

-      prepare foreign trade agreement with the counterparty 

-      prepare transaction agreement at the nearest bank office (in the agreement you should note all the information about external trade transaction)

-      in case of FCA or EX Works delivery you should ask counterparty to provide all information about the means of transport and about the driver of the vehicle 

-      if you goods are made in the Russian Federation you should prepare certificate of origin (CT-1) for the transportation to CIS or certificate of origin (form A) for the transportation to EU

Additional papers:

-      copies of constituent documents of the exporting company

-      constitutive or other documents of a legal entity

-      original and two (2) copies of foreign trade agreement with the additional agreement

-      proforma invoice with the exporter’s seal. Note that there should be included information about exporting and receiving companies bank account details. Besides that at the invoice should be provided number of the agreement, value of the goods and transportation conditions based on the International commercial terms

All of the documents above should be provided for the customs declaration.

Supporting documents

Basic aim of the supporting documentation is to control quantity and value of shipped and received goods.  

  Supporting logistics documents:

-      rail consignment note for the railroad transportation 

-      air waybill for the air transportation

-      consignment note for the road transportation

-      bill of landing sea for the maritime transportation

Based on the shipping documents our company will prepare the bill of lading, where all cargo information will  be specified. Information should include freight charges and information about sender and receiver. 

 

  Sender is responsible for all inaccuracies that might happen and should take care of all consequences of possible paper mistakes. 

 

  We will prepare for you all the supporting documentation, control primary documentation and make important changes if needed

Closing documents

Proof of receiptand delivery note should be present at the end of any cargo transportation deal. It is necessary to prove that both sides of the deal can perform conditions of the contract well.

All papers should be very carefully taken care of. Otherwise it might have negative impact on the company’s reputation and lead to complications with banks.

All paperwork should be completed on time and in appropriate form.

There are two legal ways to register your trade mark in a foreign country.

-      apply for the international registration in one of the Russian intellectual property offices.  Rospatent will transfer your application to the World Intellectual Property Organization.
